Christopher J. Page
Managing Partner / CEO

Chris has significant experience in both executive searches in the field of Accounting and Finance and business consulting for companies ranging from Fortune 100 to start-up. After receiving a dual degree from the University of Kentucky, Chris joined a boutique consulting firm specializing in business/engineering solutions to companies of all sizes. After discovering his passion for business development and customer service, Chris transitioned into a career of executive search for Accounting and Finance professionals. Joining one of the nations largest recruiting firms, Chris has out performed his peer group and developed a thriving business in major economic downturn. Chris is an active member of the community involved in a diverse group of charity and professional organizations.



Paul S. White JR

Paul's passion for success is derived from his lovely wife of ten years and his two children.

The youngest of ClearPoint Solutions Inc's Executive Search Team, Steven has brought a fresh perspective and great vigor to the group. Steven graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University and is an active member of their alumni association as well as an active member of several San Diego based Professional Organizations.



Daniel S. Tsue

Dan Tsue joined ClearPoint Solutions Inc with a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University and 6 years of business to business consultative sales experience. Dan also served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps which defined his leadership, drive, and dependability. Dan's ability to find and implement business solutions has helped facilitate the placement of many key personnel at all levels. Bay Baniadam

Simonne Zavala

Simonne Zavala brings passion and energy to Clearpoint Solutions, Inc. Part of the staffing industry for over 14 years, she is the key force behind the opening of the Roseville office Temporary and Temp-to-Hire division, focusing on both Administrative and Accounting needs.

Simonne graduated from California State University, Sacramento (Magna Cum Laude), with a degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations. She has continued her education and is currently American Staffing Association certified as a Certified Staffing Professional, as well a California Accredited Consultant through the California Staffing Professionals.

What makes Simonne successful is her core belief in satisfaction and loyalty to all of her clients and employees. She shows true professionalism and experience in the industry in her ability to recognize the specific needs of her clients, and then match those needs with the best employees in the market place. She understands that filling a job goes well beyond a job description. It takes a keen ability to understand personality fit and company culture and to translate that to prospective candidates.

Tiffany Bills has been a part of the ClearPoint Soultions, Inc. team since 2005.  In her 3 years with our organization, she has been promoted 3 times.  She began her staffing career as an Administrative Assistant, then took on the payroll role and shortly thereafter was promoted yet again as the Office Administrator and Recruiter.  She is currently a Staffing Manager and has already demonstrated a keen adeptness at making a great match for our clients and candidates.  She is driven by success, service and customer satisfaction!
